National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)
NCQA’s Health Plan Report Cards (ratings) list commercial, Medicare, Medicaid and Exchange health plans. Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid plans are rated based on their combined HEDIS®, CAHPS® and NCQA Accreditation standards scores.
