Inflection Point
The point in a patient’s care path where the provider action occurs, separating prior information from future outcomes.
Inputs to Inflection Point
The data, prior information evaluated at the inflection point, used to determine a provider action.
Outputs from Inflection Point
The result of the provider action including the action itself that becomes prior information to be evaluated at the next inflection point.
